Despite its central location, I've always found this to be a good place to grab a quick drink or bite to eat. It's unfussy and unpretentious and you can't tell you're in one of the busiest parts of London whilst you're sat there. It has a lot to commend it!
I didn't know this place existed until my mate has told me about it. Great location, friendly staffs, great selection of beers in a huge space. There's even live music on certain days I was told. I will definitely be returning for more pints...
It feels like stepping into a historical magical place. It's more than just a pub, it's an experience. Absolutely loved it.
